What you need

Ingredients for Blueberry Filling

  • Blueberries • 250g
  • Water • 20g
  • Monk Fruit Sweetener • 20g
  • Lemon Juice • 9g
  • Cornstarch • 9g
  • Vanilla Extract • 2g
  • Low calorie tortillas • 3
  • Vanilla Whey Protein • 25g
  • Confectioner • 15g

How to make it

  1. Start by softening blueberries on medium heat in pot with water.
  2. Add sweetener and lemon juice and cook for 5 mins.
  3. Add in cornstarch slurry by mixing with water until a runny consistency and mix with no heat.
  4. Place it in the fridge for 1 hour.
  5. Cut tortillas in half and tri fold filling them and folding edges with a fork.
  6. Air fry for 5 mins and top with protein frosting (protein/confectioner/milk) should be slightly thick consistency.
