What you need

Ingredients for patties

  • Confectioner sweetener • 72g
  • Whey/Casein Protein • 45g/25g
  • Light Butter • 72g

Ingredients for topping

  • Semi sweet mini-chocolate chips • 70g
  • Coconut oil .5 tsp• 5g

How to make it

  1. Add patty ingredients to bowl and mix. Looking for the same consistency seen in the video.
  2. Using a rolling pin, roll onto parchment paper and cut with something circular, cookie cutter or whatever you have on hand.
  3. Put in freezer for 15-30 minutes
  4. In another bowl add chocolate chips and coconut.
  5. Put in microwave, I set power to 30% and mix every 30-45 seconds. Ot only takes 2-3 minutes.
  6. Then spread mixture onto each patty.
  7. Optional: You can adjust those as you want just keep the ratios consistent
  8. Tip: I leave it in freezer, but fridge would probably suffice.
