Ingredients for patties
- Confectioner sweetener • 72g
- Whey/Casein Protein • 45g/25g
- Light Butter • 72g
Ingredients for topping
- Semi sweet mini-chocolate chips • 70g
- Coconut oil .5 tsp• 5g
Directions
How to make it
- Add patty ingredients to bowl and mix. Looking for the same consistency seen in the video.
- Using a rolling pin, roll onto parchment paper and cut with something circular, cookie cutter or whatever you have on hand.
- Put in freezer for 15-30 minutes
- In another bowl add chocolate chips and coconut.
- Put in microwave, I set power to 30% and mix every 30-45 seconds. Ot only takes 2-3 minutes.
- Then spread mixture onto each patty.
- Optional: You can adjust those as you want just keep the ratios consistent
- Tip: I leave it in freezer, but fridge would probably suffice.
