Directions
How to make it
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add a bit of oil or cooking spray. Sauté minced garlic and diced onion for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and translucent.
- Add the ground chicken to the skillet. Season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until fully browned and no longer pink.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes with green chilies and chopped cabbage. Mix well.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and let simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender and flavors meld together.
