- Applesauce • 112g
- Sugar-free syrup • 45ml
- Quick oats • 80g
- Vanilla Whey Protein • 60g
- Baking powder • 1 tsp
- Cinnamon, ground • 1 tsp

How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly spray with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together oats, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, mash bananas, then stir in egg whites, applesauce, and syrup until smooth.
- Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir until fully incorporated.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
